This converted casino/bar is home to The Neptune Lounge, designed as a home away from home for all those from pre-1950s eras and cultures who need an adjustment period, or simply the periodic respite, from the perils of modernity. A place where one can order a simple, old-fashioned drink, get to know a new friend or potential contract partner over tea and sandwiches, smoke indoors, play some cards, make quota in more comfortable and discreet ways, and overall, acclimate at their own pace while finding community with other like-minded sorts.

JACK RACKHAM

Many would, and do, judge this man based upon history and reputation alone, but Jack Rackham is far more than just the blood-thirsty scalawag legend makes him out to be. Fiercely protective and staunchly loyal to his own, he may be brought to such brutal extremes if he finds either himself, or those whom he holds most near and dear, threatened, but he is no wild animal; he only ever acts with singular purpose and cause, and is as affectionate with those he cares for as he is cold to those who refuse ever to see him for the man he truly is.

In Duplicity he has built a happy, newly fulfilling life for himself, which he shares not only with his Submissive, but his closest intimate companions hearkening back to his old life of piracy upon the high seas, as well. No longer does he make a career out of plundering and blood-shed, however, but is now the owner of the successful, beloved business known as the Neptune Lounge. He is an incredibly resilient, resourceful man, quite unlike any other. Those in need of a "new quota partner" would do well this month getting to know Captain Rackham.
